Calls for… Memory Study Participants

Dr. Norman Brown’s lab in the Department of Psychology at the University of Alberta is recruiting individuals to participate in studies concerning the nature and timing of important life events. Participation is voluntary and the results are confidential. (The plan for this study has been reviewed for its adherence to ethical guidelines by a Research Ethics Board at the University of Alberta. The present study, which is being conducted in our laboratory on the U of A campus, will take 60 minutes or less. Each volunteer will be paid $15 for his or her cooperation. To be eligible you need to:

  • (1) be between from 50 to 65 years of age,
  • (2) speak English as your first language, and
  • (3) have been born in Canada or have lived in Canada for at least 20 years.
