The Big Bike may seem daunting to the inexperienced. After all, regular bikes can be challenging enough - let alone big ones. But with a little instruction, this annual Heart & Stroke fundraiser and Corporate Challenge event might just be the most fun you'll have on four wheels all summer.

Here's how you can ride the Big Bike:

It's a boring step… but kind of essential.

While not mandatory, this step is highly recommended.

Rally supporters to your cause -our team fundraising goal this year is $7,500.

This year's ride takes place on May 31 over the lunch hour.

You'll start with orientation…
